We recommend a pre-purchase examination performed for any new horse purchased. This includes a thorough physical examination and an evaluation for lameness if the horse is to be used for riding or a breeding soundness examination if the horse is to be used for breeding. Blood work, survey radiographs, ultrasound and endoscopy will be recommended on an individual basis.
